When you have an accepted offer, this is the period of time where we close the loan and fund your transaction.

I came to real estate lending by way of a home loan in 2018 that I didn't even know I could qualify for. The process intrigued me and ultimately led me into the industry to help others experience the same satisfaction and pride of ownership.

I have a professional background in education which allows me to break down the complex lending process in a way that borrowers can digest. As well as being a resource for realtors so that they can be informed and up to date on all things lending.
